“My name is Dallin Smith, and I am the son of Bryan and Tina Smith. I'm honored to receive the Claudia Bigler Educational Scholarship. I was born in Brigham City, and have loved living here all my life. Although my senior year was cut short due to COVID-19, I'm grateful that I will still be able to share my talent in many different ways. I will be attending Snow College in the fall, and am very excited to continue my education with the help from this scholarship.”
