Our Mission

Founded in 2019 by students from small towns in Northern Utah, the Utah Music Foundation is dedicated to helping musical students reach their academic potential. By offering scholarships to students from Utah communities, we help musical students bear the cost of higher education. We believe music is a powerful force for change in the lives of individuals and the broader community and we want to encourage more young people to be more musical.
