Utah Music Foundation announces 2023 recipient of the Steve Shirts Band Scholarship

We are thrilled to announce that Brathan Nielsen has been awarded the 2023 Steve Shirts Band Scholarship. Brathan is a 2023 graduate of North Sanpete High School and will be attending Snow College this fall. This $500 scholarship honors Steve Shirts, a celebrated band director and educator.
